Two things first
Reminders nudge you when something is waiting. The organiser link opens this pool on any phone if this one is lost or the browser clears itself.
1. Collect
Send each person their own request. It carries their amount, the reference for the transfer, and a private link where they mark it sent. Tick received when the money lands. Received is what counts.
Requests will not say how to pay. Add it under Edit the pool (it stays on this device).

2. The ticket holder accepts
A written promise: the ticket is held for all of you, and any prize is paid out in the shares listed. It is the one thing a group chat cannot do.

3. Buy, then lock the record
Locking fixes the member list, shares and ticket number, and stamps them with a fingerprint. Nothing can be edited after. The cards are issued from it.

Millennium Millionaire is AED 1,000 a ticket, 5,000 tickets to a series, USD 1 million to the ticket drawn. Big Ticket is AED 500 a ticket with a monthly draw. Hissa has no part in either.

One of you sets it up
Pick the draw, the number of shares and the deadline. Send the link to your group. Everyone accepts the same terms.

Everyone pays that one person
Each member gets their own payment reference. Hissa marks the share paid when the money lands, so nobody sends a screenshot and nobody chases anybody.

That person buys and signs
The ticket goes on their own name and their own card, which is what the operator requires. Before they buy, they sign that they hold it for all of you, in the shares agreed.

The record is sealed
Share table, member list and ticket number are fixed and timestamped before the draw. Everyone gets their card. If it is drawn, the split is already written.

Most groups take turns holding the ticket. Hissa keeps the rotation, so whoever is up this time is on record, and the person who paid last time still has their card from then.

A chat thread is not evidence. The person named on the ticket has no obligation to anyone else unless they agreed to one.
So before the ticket is bought, they sign a one-page declaration: they hold the ticket on trust for the members in the shares listed, and they pay each member directly within an agreed window. It names a court. If they miss the window, the costs of getting the money are theirs.

What is Hissa?
Hissa is a free record-keeping service for private lottery pools in the UAE. It records who paid what, verifies the member whose name goes on the ticket, and has that person sign a declaration of trust before the draw.
Do you sell tickets?
No. One of your group buys the ticket on the operator's own website, in their own name and with their own card, exactly as the operator requires. Hissa keeps the record of who funded it.
Is buying a ticket together legal here?
Buying together is a private arrangement between you. The operators pay the prize only to the person named on the ticket and will not settle arguments between members. Big Ticket's own terms say participation in a syndicate is at your own risk. Hissa gives that arrangement a signed agreement and a dated record.
What does it cost?
Nothing. No fee per pool, no subscription, no share of any prize.
Who gets the prize if the ticket is drawn?
The operator pays the person named on the ticket, as it always has. That person has signed to hold it on trust for the members and to pay each share within an agreed window.
What is a tenth of a Millennium Millionaire ticket worth?
The ticket is AED 1,000 and the prize is USD 1 million, about AED 3,672,500. A tenth costs AED 100 and would pay about AED 367,250.
Which draws do you cover?
Dubai Duty Free Millennium Millionaire and Big Ticket Abu Dhabi. Hissa is not connected to either.
How do we know the record was not changed after the draw?
The share table and ticket number are fingerprinted when sealed, and the pool link with that fingerprint sits in your group chat with WhatsApp's own timestamp. Anyone can recompute it on their phone. Anchoring the fingerprint on a public ledger, so it can be checked without Hissa, is coming.
Does Hissa hold our money?
No. Contributions go straight from each member to the person buying. Hissa never touches pool money or prize money.
